New recurring clients need a standard or deep cleaning first. The initial visit and ongoing per-visit rate are priced separately. Choose an initial deep clean if the home needs a more detailed reset, and confirm the plan and availability with the team.

Is specialty extraction included?
No. Deep carpet and tile or grout extraction are separately quoted services performed with a dedicated van.
