What to include in the cleaning plan.

The quote should name the spaces and work agreed for your property. Here are the main areas to consider.

Everyday rooms

Plan care for the kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms you actually use. Identify accessible surfaces and areas you prefer to leave undisturbed.

Visits with extra detail

A first clean, seasonal refresh, and move cleaning need a different brief from regular upkeep. Share photos and specific concerns rather than assuming one package fits every home.

Specialty surfaces

Deep carpet and tile or grout extraction use a dedicated van and are quoted separately. If you need both, tell us early so the work can be planned together.

Naples house cleaning guide

A cleaning plan that fits the way you live.

Tell us which rooms you use most, which details need attention, and whether you want ongoing help or a one-time visit. A home occupied year-round may need a different rhythm from a seasonal property. Weekly, every-two-week, and monthly requests can be discussed with the team.

Start with the home's current condition. If kitchens, bathrooms, or overlooked surfaces need more detailed attention, a deep clean may be the useful first step before recurring upkeep. Appliance interiors, delicate finishes, and additional tasks should be named in the quote so everyone knows the work being requested.

Build a room list around the spaces that matter to your household. Identify heavily used bathrooms, a busy kitchen, guest rooms, and any areas you prefer to leave untouched. Include pets, delicate finishes, and product sensitivities in the request. Photos of particular concerns can help the team distinguish everyday upkeep from details needing extra attention before a suitable service is agreed.

For an arrival or move, explain when the rooms will be accessible and whether furniture, boxes, or other work will affect the visit. For recurring care, share upcoming visitors or changes in occupancy that may affect your priorities. Confirm who will provide entry and approve any additions, then review the cleaning scope, estimate, and available schedule with the team.

Questions about residential cleaning.

Which residential service should I choose?

Choose recurring cleaning for ongoing upkeep, deep cleaning for a more detailed reset, and move-in or move-out cleaning when preparing a property for arrival or handover. If you are unsure, describe the condition of your home and what you want help with.

Can I arrange a deep clean and then regular visits?

Yes. Mention both when requesting an estimate. We will discuss the initial work separately from the scope and frequency of ongoing care, and confirm availability for your property.

How often can I request cleaning?

Weekly, every-two-week, and monthly requests can be discussed. The right frequency depends on occupancy, room use, and your priorities. The team confirms a suitable plan and availability before booking.

Are appliance interiors and specialty floors included?

Oven and refrigerator interiors are included in the deep-clean package, along with AC grilles, ceiling fans, and up to six sliding glass panels inside and outside. Other appliance requests should be discussed with the team. Deep carpet and tile extraction remain separate van-based services, outside standard residential cleaning.

Can you help with a seasonal home?

Share when you expect to be in the property, the condition of the home, and who will arrange entry. We can discuss a one-time or recurring request and confirm service availability for the address.
