Walk through the home room by room and separate your main priorities from optional work. A kitchen that needs attention inside appliances presents a different scope from a home that mainly needs dust and bathroom buildup addressed. Clear examples make the estimate more useful.
A one-time deep clean can also prepare the home for recurring care. If that is your goal, mention it early so the initial work and the ongoing schedule are planned together. The quote should explain the work agreed for each, without treating every future visit as another deep clean.
Point out areas with grease, soap residue, dust, or buildup that may not be obvious in a general room count. Include photos and explain when the surfaces were last cleaned. Tell us about natural stone, special coatings, fragile fixtures, and any products previously used. That information helps the team review the condition and plan suitable care for the materials in your home.
Before the visit, discuss which counters and floor areas will be accessible and where personal belongings should remain untouched. If other work is taking place, explain when it will finish and which rooms will be ready. Share any arrival deadline or plans for ongoing care so the team can coordinate the initial clean, additional requests, and available appointment with you.

What does a deep cleaning include?
In addition to standard cleaning, the deep-clean package includes oven and refrigerator interiors with appliances pulled forward, AC grilles, ceiling fans, and up to six sliding glass panels inside and outside. Baseboard scrubbing is a separate $40 extra. The team confirms access and any additional requests for your property.
