For a move-in, discuss a visit after the property is accessible and before belongings fill the rooms. For a move-out, tell us when furniture will leave and when keys must be returned. This helps establish a workable date without promising an appointment before availability is confirmed.
Give us one contact for entry and any building instructions. If a landlord, buyer, or property manager has a checklist, share it before the estimate. Cleaning does not replace repairs or guarantee a deposit return; the agreed scope should identify what the team is being asked to do.
Describe the property as it will be on cleaning day, including furniture, boxes, stored items, and any appliances that will remain. Identify cabinets or appliance interiors you want discussed and whether they will be empty and accessible. Share photos of the current condition and note any damage or delicate finishes, so the cleaning plan reflects the actual space available to the team.
Coordinate the visit with movers, deliveries, and any remaining repairs. Confirm that the person arranging entry can answer questions about the agreed work and explain how keys will be handled afterward. If carpet or tile extraction is also needed, discuss its separate appointment and aftercare before settling the sequence. A clear timeline helps you prepare the property for its next occupant.

Are carpet or tile extraction included?
