The booking page asks you to choose a service and a home type where listed. Recurring cleaning also asks whether you are already a member; new clients select a frequency and recurring home type to review their plan. The matching embedded calendar collects the details requested for that service. If you choose “Email my quote,” our website form collects your name, email address, phone number, selected service and home type, and any optional notes so we can respond to your request. Please do not include financial account details or other sensitive information in free-text notes.

We use inquiry details to respond, prepare an estimate, discuss scheduling, and arrange requested services. With your separate SMS opt-in, we may also send appointment and marketing texts via an automated system. We record the contact and SMS choices separately, along with the disclosure and submission date. A booking request does not reserve an appointment. We do not sell personal information or use SMS consent for third-party marketing.

Online bookings made in the embedded LeadConnector calendar are sent to that booking provider for Smart Green. Other website inquiry records may be stored in Lovable Cloud, using Supabase infrastructure. Visitors cannot read submitted leads. Authorized staff and service providers may process information as needed to operate the website and respond to requests.

Text messaging requires the separate, optional consent on the form. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process this information solely to deliver and manage requested messages. See our SMS terms for choices and opt-out details.

Campaign labels from website links may be kept in session storage and included with your inquiry or booking request to help us understand which campaign brought you here. Accessibility preferences are stored locally on your device and can be reset from the accessibility menu. Fonts and brand images are hosted with this website. The interactive map on our service-area page requests map tiles from CARTO using OpenStreetMap data; that provider receives connection information needed to supply the map. External review links open their own websites, governed by their own privacy policies. We do not currently include advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Selecting a translation language loads Google Translate, which processes page content and connection information to provide machine translation. A translation cookie remembers your choice; choosing English clears it.

We retain inquiry information as needed to respond, provide services, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion, call (239) 610-2533. Some records may need to be retained for legal or service-related reasons.

This website is intended for adults arranging cleaning services. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. Updates to this policy will appear here with a revised date.
